Cancellation Policy
We value your business and strive to accommodate your plans. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to private party bookings: Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date and time. Rescheduling Rescheduling Requests: A $75 rescheduling fee will apply for any date changes, regardless of the notice period. Notice Period: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the original event date. Rescheduling within 7 days of the event is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellation by the Client If you choose to cancel your event, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation by the Venue In the unlikely event that we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or have the option to reschedule without the rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy If you fail to arrive on the event day without prior written notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Communication All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking platform.
